About The Role

Manage relationships with our fleet and commercial customers, keeping their vehicles on the road with minimal downtime.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for fleet and commercial accounts

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance across multiple vehicles

• Track service history and proactively flag upcoming maintenance needs

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and account summaries for commercial clients

• Support 24-hour on-call coordination for fleet emergencies

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in account coordination, dispatch, or fleet management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Automotive or commercial trucking industry knowledge an asset

• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines at once

• Valid driver's license
