About The Role

Lead our Vernon shop floor — mentoring technicians, managing workflow, and making sure every job meets the AutoTown standard.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily shop operations and assign work to technicians

• Perform quality control checks on completed repairs

• Mentor apprentices and support technician development

• Manage parts ordering and shop scheduling alongside the service advisor

• Ensure the shop meets safety, cleanliness, and efficiency standards

What We're Looking For

• Red Seal certification required

• 3+ years of experience in a lead technician or supervisory role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and shop management software

• Valid driver's license in good standing
